I understand that most ladyboy lovers prefer pre-op ladyboys but they never think about what ladyboys want, really all ladyboys want to be real girls but it is difficult as the operation is expensive. In Thailand there are lots of surgeons to choose from but have to very careful as if you have a problem it can be very difficult to correct.
